Sisters GRO Scholarships

Congratulations!  You have chosen to explore scholarship opportunities specifically designed for Sisters High School students.  Follow our simple step-by-step directions to get started! If you need assistance or have questions on this process, please ask at the ASPIRE office.

  • Download and save the Standard Application and the Scholarship Specific Application.
    Ø Standard Application
    Ø
    Scholarship Specific Application
  • Open your saved files in Adobe Acrobat for filling out the forms.
If you edit the files in something other than Acrobat, you may not be able to save the files with the information you enter. If your computer does not have Adobe Acrobat installed, you can download and install the free Adobe Acrobat Reader HERE.
  • Read the individual scholarship coversheets listed below to determine whether you are eligible/qualified to apply. Once you have selected the scholarship(s) to apply for, save the scholarship coversheet to a computer. Rename it by adding your last name and first initial to the end of the file name so it appears something like “GRO Name of Scholarship SmithK.pdf“. Again, any edits should be made using Adobe Acrobat.
  • Apply for AS MANY scholarships as possible (providing you meet the specified qualifications).  Just like the Oregon lottery, you can’t win if you don’t apply!
  • Double check, and maybe have someone else triple check, that you have filled out all the forms completely and have the necessary letters of recommendation and/or essays that some scholarships require.
  • Submit your completed Standard Application and individual scholarship submissions (with related documents) by bringing your completed, printed, applications to the ASPIRE office.
  • For some helpful pointers, please see our Tips Page.

Deadline: In order to be considered for this scholarship, the completed packet must be turned in to the Sisters High School ASPIRE Office no later than 5 p.m., Tuesday, March 21, 2017.
