Physical Education

The Physical Education program SHS consists of a multitude of health and medical related courses offered in the classroom. These courses emphasize hands-on activities, experiential learning, and realistic scenarios with state-of-the-art equipment.  Students gain the fundamental skillset to create lifelong fitness habits and healthy lifestyles.
